Canyon is proud to offer the industry's most customer friendly Lifetime warranty. And we back our warranty with one of the best service ratings around. What takes other companies weeks to process, we generally fix for you in days.
Here's how our warranty stacks up to others brands in the category. The biggest differences being that we cover accidents, and don't require proof of purchase or registration (although it is recommended) to get your product fixed.

So here's some detailed information about what we do and don't cover. If it breaks, generally we take care of it. However, if something you do, either intentionally or by neglect breaks your cooler, it will not be covered under warranty. If you drive your truck onto the top of your cooler because you saw pictures of it on the internet and thought it would look cool for the Gram, that cooler will not be covered under warranty. If you set a hot pan on the top of your Canyon and melt the lid, we will not cover that. If, however, you live in a fire prone area, and a wildfire comes through burning your cooler, we're going to 100% get you a replacement. Likewise if a hungry bear tries ripping through the lid to get the food you're keeping cold in your Canyon, we're going to take care of you.
Now, if you want the actual language our attorneys wrote like you'll see on our competitors sites, shoot us an email and we'll get it to you. If instead, you just want to be human beings that treat each other well like we want to be, just know we'll do everything we can to take care of you, even if your claim isn't covered due to abuse, misuse, or neglect, which is likely to include a discount on a non-warranty approved claim.
