Despite the rugged construction of Canyon products, we understand that our customers actually use them, and sometimes accidents happens. That’s why we’re proud to offer the industry’s most customer friendly Lifetime Warranty. We call it The Sh!t Happens Warranty. And not only do we offer the best warranty, we back that with one of the best service ratings around (4.9/5 on Trustpilot). What takes other companies weeks to process, we generally solve in a few days.

Hard Coolers

Our rotomolded products, including Outfitter, Adventure, and PRO series coolers are backed by an unlimited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the product. In the event that something goes wrong, simply email us pictures of the problem along with your information to warranty@canyoncoolers.com. Our team will inspect the pictures and make every effort to fix the issue. If the problem is beyond repair, Canyon will replace it at no charge to you.

Warranty Details

  • No more than 1 full replacement per purchased cooler.
  • Canyon cannot replace coolers that are lost or stolen.
  • Due to wide variations in use and environmental conditions, Canyon does not warranty the duration of ice retention.
  • Aesthetic issues that do not affect performance are not covered past 30 days.
  • Products that are intentionally misused, or abused, are not covered under the Sh!t Happens Warranty.
  • For warranty claims made after 3 years of purchase, you may be responsible to pay return shipping costs (unless prohibited by the laws of your state).
  • Products that are used commercially are warrantied for 66 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • Products purchased as Boneyard items (B-Stock) will be replaced with another B-Stock item. Due to limited B-Stock inventory, a replacement item could take significant time to become available.

Soft Coolers

Nomad and Quest soft-coolers are covered under the Sh!t Happens warranty for a period of 66 weeks from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, should something unexpectedly go wrong with your soft cooler, simply email us pictures of the problem along with your information to warranty@canyoncoolers.com. Our team will inspect the photos and make every attempt to repair the product. If we’re unable to repair your cooler, Canyon will replace it at no charge to you.
